SCA® Stage controller is an advanced module to automatically analyse, with the Prior Optiscan motorised stage, the sperm sample.

The installation of the Prior Optiscan™ II ES103 XYZ motorized stage is necessary. This stage is availabe for several microscope brands and models (see for further information).

SCA® Stage controller moves the microscope stage, focuses, captures and analyses the fields/spermatozoa required.

SCA® Stage controller is automatically activated in all the SCA programs acquired once installed. Therefore it is functional for Motility- concentration, Morphology, DNA fragmentation and Vitality.

Nowadays 4 slides can be analised consecutively, and the results are saved automatically to be verified afterwards.

As example: 16 samples can be analysed in less than 5 minutes in Motility and Concentration, using a disposalbe multichamber slide as Leja.
