SCA® VITALITY is a program for the automatic analysis of sperm viability. The analysis is done using fluorescence microscopy, in sperm samples treated with fluorochromes like Duo-Vital.

Vitalidad
Vitality analysis with 20x fluorescence. Sample stained with Duo-Vital kit.

Automatic recognition and classification of the spermatozoa between live (green fluorescence) and dead (red fluorescence) is done.

Analysis time is two seconds per field at 20x magnification.
