Cellgraph

|
|
Cellgraph
is a precise system for the anatomical analysis of histological
structures.
Cellgraph is a computer-controlled system for performing
anatomical mapping, cell tracing and morphometry. The
system can control motorized XYZ microscope stages allowing
3D analysis. Unlimited serial sections can be integrated
in a 3D space for full qualitative and quantitative
analysis. The system has a series of integrated tools
for mapping anatomical structures, scaling and 3D rotations.
Cellgraph can process live images from digital or analog
video cameras, stored images from confocal microscopes,
electron microscopes and MRI scanners. The system uses
hardware video acceleration to increase the velocity
of processing and 3D solid modeling.

Cellgraph
allows 3D reconstruction of structures and branching
processes and can undertake detailed measurements and
morphometric analyses. The system can also be used for
volumetric analysis and cell counting.
The main features of Cellgraph include:
- 3D features such as cell reconstruction and anatomical
mapping.
- 3D morphometrical analysis, including the automatic
measurement of many different parameters.
- 3D visualization.

Cellgraph
is useful in many scientific applications, especially
in the fields of neuroscience, anatomopathology, cell
biology and histology.
Cellgraph is a versatile and very easy to use tool
that can meet many of your research or professional
needs.
