ClearView
ClearView is an innovation in deconvolution software,
integrated with Kinetic's memory management architecture,
it provides the software solution to handle large data
sets from widefield and confocal microscopes with consummate
ease. When utilised with Kinetic's AQM, Lucida and Evolve
products, ClearView provides a complete solution for
image acquisition, processing and visualisation of live
multi-fluorescence specimens in 3D and in 4D.
Tracking
Tracking provides automatic and interactive tools for
tracking whole organism, cells and sub-cellular vessicles.
Tracking was developed with the Light Microscopy division
at Cancer Research UK laboratories in London, where
work on cell motility is being studied in collaboration
with leading groups from Kings College. Tracking provides
powerful means of importing movie files and then analysing
these for feature motion, delivering coordinate sequences
and other data in formats readily assessed further in
Mathematica and Excel. Multi-channel files can be easily
handled and 3D visualisation tools allow for interesting
and enlightening data presentation techniques.
