anormales de los mismos.<\/p>\n<p>Los cromosomas son estructuras complejas situadas en el n\u00facleo de las c\u00e9lulas. Se componen de ADN, que est\u00e1 superenrrollado con prote\u00ednas llamadas histonas que soportan la estructura, prote\u00ednas no hist\u00f3nicas, RNA y polisac\u00e1ridos.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el proceso de mitosis, los <b>23 pares de cromosomas humanos<\/b> se condensan lo suficiente como para hacerse <b>visibles<\/b> en campo claro con un objetivo 100x. Los cromosomas se exponen a un inhibidor que bloquea la formaci\u00f3n del aparato microtubular y detiene la divisi\u00f3n celular en la <b>etapa de la metafase.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Se pueden utilizar varios tipos de tejidos para la preparaci\u00f3n de cromosomas. Ejemplos: sangre perif\u00e9rica, m\u00e9dula \u00f3sea, liquido amni\u00f3tico y otros productos de la concepci\u00f3n. El colorante ti\u00f1e las regiones de los cromosomas que son ricas en Adenina (A) y Timina (T), mostrando una banda oscura.<\/p>\n<p><b>Fluorescent IN SITU Hybridization (FISH) <\/b>es<b> <\/b>una t\u00e9cnica que utiliza sondas de ADN fluorescentes para detectar o confirmar anomal\u00edas cromos\u00f3micas. La muestra de ADN (de cromosomas en metafase o n\u00facleos en interfase) se desnaturaliza, separando as\u00ed las cadenas complementarias de la estructura de doble h\u00e9lice del ADN.<\/p>\n<p>Se a\u00f1ade entonces la sonda de fluorescencia a la mezcla de muestra desnaturalizada que se hibrida con la muestra de ADN en la diana. La se\u00f1al de\u00a0 la sonda se puede ver mediante microscop\u00eda de fluorescencia y marcar como presencia o ausencia de se\u00f1al.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"fusion-panel
