Mr. Alexandre Cauchon, the technical Engineer from our French distributors (Nikon France), was also there to help me.<\/p>\n<p>Biomnis is one of the most important analysis laboratories in France and has also some laboratories in other countries. Therefore, all the patients and new sample information introduced into InfoFIV system, automatically appears in the SCA application. The analyst just selects the sample that wishes to analyze, and all the results are automatically transferred to InfoFIV, making it a very simple and easy process.<\/p>\n<p>They needed two digital cameras because they desire to analyze the <b>morphology<\/b> with <b>motorized stage<\/b>, using the <b>60x<\/b> objective and the aviator camera of higher resolution. With just one click, the system analyzes the entire slide, giving the complete information of head, acrosome, midpiece and tail of each analyzed sperm. They will use the standard digital camera to analyze motility, concentration, DNA fragmentation and vitality with the highest precision.<\/p>\n<p>For them is very important to be an <b>accredited<\/b> <b>laboratory<\/b>, which is very easy to attain with the SCA. All documents needed: <b>installation certificate<\/b>, <b>training diploma<\/b> as well as detailed instructions for use are provided together with the certificates of the components and disposables.<\/p>\n<p>They were three intensive training days. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Andr\u00e9 Force and Dr M\u00e9lanie Badiou for their time and Mr Alexander Cauchon for his efforts.
