Disposable counting chambers to analyze motility, concentration and pH of semen

These slides are suitable for analysing sperm motility, concentration and pH.
Sperm cells are distributed homogeneously over the chamber by capillary action. As disposable chambers, no washing is required after use. This fact minimizes the risk of contamination resulting from the re-use of chambers.
